I do not appreciate mosquitos. I think you might agree with me on this (if you are human and not conducting some type of funky experiment that you are getting paid in large amounts of money due to mosquitos). I won't go in to specific detail on how I managed to find a pdf that has some information on how to manage mosquitoes around the home, but there are these Gambusia affinis that eat the mosquito eggs! According to the pdf, the fish dont need to be fed (not quite sure about that...) but you can get these fish for free as they are distributed by the local county to keep the mosquito population under control. Awsome!

Things todo with Quicksilver
Every now and then I come back to trying Quicksilver in order to find and operate OSX. Maybe some of my ideas will be recorded here once I finish installing the thing.
UPDATE
Using the addon theme called "cube" (installed from the plugin section) I tweaked the colors and enabled the backdrop feature to achieve the following awesome look:

Truck Step Soap Dish [Clever Uses]
This is a great idea! I am storing this away in my future design ideas for the house that I need.
Industrial look-lover Todd Lappin turned the most unlikely object—a trucker's aluminum step—into a soap dish for his new home. While flipping through a tow truck parts catalog, Lappin spotted the step. He writes:
We bought one and installed it in the shower I now use daily. This is by far the best-designed soap dish I've ever used. The open front allows water to drain away easily, while the diamond-plate surface secures and elevates the soap so that it dries without creating a lot of yucky soap-gunk. And of course, the aluminum doesn't rust or corrode.
Definitely one of the niftiest and unexpected repurposing we've seen in awhile. If you want your own truck step soap dish, the part will set you back $35.
