Thank you, thank you, thank you for posting this! My single backwards twist had grown to 6-backward loops and every time I looked at it it irked me. It took me two pull-throughs to fix my cord (1 to the bottom of the 6-backwards loops, and then another to the top of the 6-backwards loops), but it only took about 3 minutes from start to finish!
